Job summary

Cash Depot in Madison, WI seeks a Regional Field Service Technician to install, repair and remove ATMs and related equipment, with overnight travel and weekend work as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, ability to lift and handle heavy gear, strong safety awareness and good communication; you'll join a team focused on on-site maintenance, efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Degree / GED.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured.
• Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift.
• Ability to work safely when lifting and performing tasks.
• Experience in trouble shooting or electro mechanical work.
• Ability to follow Field Service Handbook.
• Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other equipment and Cash Depot products.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled.
• Coordinate with territory dispatcher to fulfill dispatch requests.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or Cash Depot staff.
• Communicate inventory and support requests to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Maintain department metrics related to efficiency, safety, and first-time fix rate.
