Job summary

Cash Depot in Flint, MI is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and maintain ATMs and Air/Vac equipment in customer locations. The role requires driving a vehicle, performing repairs, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Degree / GED is required.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other equipment.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled.
• Coordinate with dispatcher to execute tasks on time.
• Complete administrative paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain department metrics such as efficiency and first-time fix rate.
• Assist other technicians and participate in ride-along training as needed.
