Job summary

Cash Depot is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and related Cash Depot products across routes in Connecticut. You will perform cash replenishment and coin removal and coordinate with the dispatcher to execute scheduled tasks.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Degree / GED.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and related equipment.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal as scheduled.
• Coordinate with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain department metrics for efficiency, safety and first-time fix rate.
• Assist other technicians and participate in ride-along training.
