Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance, and provide on-site support to ensure uptime.

Travel may be required; on-call duty and coordination with bank staff and vendors are expected. Strong electronics skills and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• ATM field service experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and support on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-site support and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Maintain service levels per customer contract and inventory control.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and cleaning of ATMs.
• Complete administrative reports and on-call duties as assigned.
