Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform on-site repairs, software loading, and preventive maintenance, with opportunities to train other engineers.

The role requires travel and on-call duty, with responsibilities including spare parts management and reporting. Prior electronics/electro-mechanical knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years field service experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• On-call duty required.
• Flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs in territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-site ATM support and coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel as needed to service sites.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports on time.
