Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician (ATM) to service and maintain ATMs in the assigned territory. The role requires on-site visits, software loading, preventive maintenance, and occasional travel with short notice.

The ideal candidate will have an electronics background, experience with voltmeters and hand tools, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. On-call duties and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred but not required, or 3-5 years field service.
Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
Travel domestically as needed and work extended hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with support departments to provide end-user maintenance.
Maintain service SLAs per customer contract.
Work on medium to high complexity products and situations.
Travel as needed and perform on-call duties.
