Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Field Service Technician to service ATMs in the Pensacola area. You will receive training to troubleshoot, service, and maintain ATMs, starting with no or little prior ATM experience.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, reporting progress, and escalating with SLA adherence. Candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; weekend/night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Training provided to troubleshoot, service and maintain ATMs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at module level.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Provide status reports during service repair.
• Diagnose problems from call details and ATM error logs.
• Own customer issues through resolution per SLA.
