Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs across a defined territory, performing installation, repair and maintenance with on-site support. Some travel is required, and you may help train other engineers and assist with ATM staging and integration.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inventory management, and timely completion of reports, with on-call duties and independent work as a representative of NHA.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent field service experience.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain ATM units within a defined territory.
• Provide on-site support and repair services for ATMs.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
