Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Field Service Technician (ATM) to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role requires on-site work, travel, and on-call availability to ensure customer satisfaction.

The incumbent will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance, train bank staff, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver reliable ATM service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in field service preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro‑mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with/without assistance.
• Willingness to travel across the country.
• On-Call duty may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Work with internal/external support departments to provide maintenance support.
• Maintain all service levels as defined per customer contract.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports within deadlines.
• Travel as needed and work on-call shifts.
