Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring Field Service Technicians in Erie, PA to install, repair, and maintain electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems. You will diagnose issues, manage network access, and provide strong customer service in a field-based, travel-friendly environment.

The role includes hands-on training, potential overnight travel, and adherence to safety and company policies. A high school diploma and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• One (1) or more years of related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with travel, rotating and weekend shifts.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. and physical activity as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies and safety standards.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories; may travel overnight.
