Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory across the United States. You will handle installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance on ATM units and related products.

The role requires travel, on-call duties, and the ability to train staff and collaborate with support teams. You will produce timely administrative reports and maintain security and inventory protocols.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• ATM experience preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support for maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
• Complete administrative reports timely.
• On-call duties and travel as required.
