Job summary

Cash Depot, Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Technician in Columbia, SC to install, service, and maintain ATMs and Air/Vac equipment across the territory. The role emphasizes independent field work, troubleshooting, and strong customer support.

A consistent Monday–Friday schedule with paid training and a company vehicle supports performance. You will install, configure, maintain, and repair equipment, perform software updates, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and other Cash Depot products.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical, hardware, and equipment issues.
• Complete software updates, diagnostics, and equipment testing.
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide service with professionalism.
• Coordinate with dispatch and maintain service documentation.
