Job summary

Cash Depot, a leading provider of ATM and cash management solutions, is hiring a Field Service Technician in Atlanta, GA. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and remove ATMs and Air/Vac equipment across your territory while working largely independently.

The role emphasizes mechanical and electro-mechanical problem solving, customer service, and timely service documentation. A valid driver's license and DOT certification eligibility are required, with paid training and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate. Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and other Cash Depot products.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical, hardware, and equipment issues.
• Perform ATM cash replenishment and coin removal services as scheduled.
• Complete software updates, diagnostics, and equipment testing.
• Partner with dispatch to complete service requests and installations.
• Maintain inventory and communicate parts and supply needs.
• Complete required service documentation accurately and on time.
• Meet department performance metrics related to efficiency, safety, and first-time fix rates.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Represent Cash Depot professionally at all customer locations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and customers.
• Support customer needs while ensuring all security procedures are followed.
• Assist with training and ride-alongs for other technicians.
• Recommend process and efficiency improvements.
• Participate in ongoing technical training programs.
