Job summary

Cash Depot is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and service ATMs and Air/Vac equipment across Wisconsin. You will perform cash replenishment, coin removal, and routine maintenance while coordinating with dispatch to fulfill calls.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in customer sites, with on-call shifts and travel as part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift.
• Experience in troubleshooting or electro-mechanical work.
• Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts.
• Ability to follow safety and Field Service Handbook expectations.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other equipment and Cash Depot products.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal, as scheduled and requested.
• Partner with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch requests as scheduled and requested.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor or Cash Depot staff.
• Maintain department metrics for efficiency, safety, and first time fix rate.
• Assist other technicians and participate in ride-along training as needed.
