Cash Depot, Ltd. is seeking a Regional Float Field Service Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot ATMs and Air/Vac equipment across multiple territories. The role offers shift premiums, a company vehicle, paid training, and a guaranteed 40-hour work week, with travel as required.

The position emphasizes independent work, customer service excellence, and reliability in field operations, including evenings and weekends as needed to meet project demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to two weeks at a time.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend hours as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and related products.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and software updates.
• Travel to assigned territories to provide service coverage and project support.
• Document service activities accurately and on time; meet performance metrics.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and professional representation at sites.
• Support training and knowledge sharing with other technicians across territories.
