Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. hires a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs across assigned territories in the United States, with on-site support, travel as needed, and occasional training of new engineers.

The role requires electronics expertise, travel flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. The candidate will perform diagnostics, software loading, preventive maintenance and service, while maintaining SLAs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to travel nationwide as needed.
• On-Call duty required for all FSE positions.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external support for end-user maintenance.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements as defined per customer contract.
• Travel occasionally outside home geography.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing and cleaning.
• Manage spare parts and follow inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports and tasks assigned by supervisor.
