Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in the United States seeks a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs across a defined territory.

You will install, repair, load software, train staff, and collaborate with internal teams; some travel is required. On-call duties and lifting up to 80 lbs are required.

This role requires electronics knowledge and an Associate’s Degree in Electronics; prior ATM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM field service experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to customer sites across the country as needed.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work extended hours including weekends or holidays.
• Strong electronics and electro-mechanical knowledge.
• On-call duty with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within assigned territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Support other NHA Field Service Engineers and assist with ATM staging and integration.
• Complete administrative reports and maintain inventory.
• Maintain security procedures and company property.
• Travel occasionally to areas outside home geography.
