Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service automated teller machines across a defined territory. The role includes on-site repairs, preventive maintenance and software loading, with occasional travel outside the home geography.

You will train bank staff, coordinate with internal teams, manage spare parts inventory, and complete administrative reports on time while operating in a flexible on-call schedule and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electronics or 3–5 years field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks for equipment.
• Coordinate with internal and external support teams to provide maintenance support.
• Maintain all service level agreements as defined by customer contracts.
• Travel occasionally to areas outside home geography as required by management.
