Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance on ATMs, with travel as needed and on-call duties.

The role requires strong electronics understanding, hands-on tool use, and the ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service to banks and end users.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or 3–5 years of field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to travel nationally and work varying shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs in a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Complete administrative reports timely and travel as required.
• Provide on-site support and exceptional customer service.
