Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs within a defined territory. You will perform on-site repair, maintenance and software loading, ensuring uptime and security. Some travel is required to cover the assigned region.

You may train others, stage and integrate ATMs, and complete administrative reports. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50–80 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and flexible on-call hours with a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• ATM experience preferred but not required, 3–5 years in field service is acceptable.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Complete administrative reports within the time line allotted.
• Occasional travel with short notice to areas outside home geography as needed.
