Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and maintain ATMs within a defined territory in the United States. You will perform on-site diagnostics, software loading and preventive maintenance, with occasional travel beyond home geography.

The role requires electronics knowledge, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work flexible hours including on-call. Training bank staff and coordinating with support teams are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• ATM field experience is not strictly required but is helpful.
• 3–5 years of field service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external support teams to provide maintenance.
• Maintain service SLAs as defined per customer contract.
• Occasional travel outside home geography may be required.
