Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within the Charlotte, NC area. The role involves installation, repair, maintenance, and potential training of staff.

Some travel is required and the position emphasizes on-site customer service and adherence to SLAs. The ideal candidate will have electronics or electro-mechanical knowledge, be able to use voltmeters, and handle tools and heavy parts; flexibility for extended hours and

Qualifications

May require an Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience, prior ATM experience preferred, but not required, or 3-5 years of experience in the field service.
Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs or other products in a defined geographic territory.
Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
Work with internal and external support departments required to provide maintenance support to the end user.
Maintain all Service Level Agreements as defined per customer contract.
Travel to other areas of the country as needed; work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
