Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATMs within the assigned territory, including installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance. Occasional travel outside home geography may be required.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent, 3-5 years field service experience, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, ability to work extended hours, and willingness to travel. On-call duty with compensation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• ATM experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs in a defined territory.
• Train staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with support teams to provide end-to-end maintenance.
• Maintain SLA commitments per contract and manage inventories.
• Occasional travel beyond home geography as needed.
