Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician (ATM) to service ATMs across assigned territory, providing on-site repair, maintenance and software loading. Travel may be required.

The role demands strong electronics knowledge, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and flexibility for on-call duties and varied shifts. You will collaborate with bank staff and internal teams to ensure reliable ATM uptime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or 3–5 years of field service experience.
• Strong understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to travel domestically and work extended hours, including on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-site support and coordinate with internal/external teams for maintenance.
• Maintain service levels per contract and manage inventory.
• Complete administrative reports and on-call duties as required.
