First National Bank Alaska is hiring for a Card Services Support Representative – ATM/DEBIT. The role focuses on assisting customers with ATM, Debit, and Credit Card questions and needs, acting as a bridge between customers, software staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth processing.

Starting compensation is commensurate with experience, with Technician I at $19.50/hour and Technician II at $23.25/hour, working Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, Anchorage, AK.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to understand technology.
