First National Bank Alaska is hiring for a Card Services Support Representative – ATM/DEBIT. The role focuses on assisting customers with ATM, Debit, and Credit Card questions and needs, acting as a bridge between customers, software staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth processing.

Starting compensation is commensurate with experience, with Technician I at $19.50/hour and Technician II at $23.25/hour, working Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, Anchorage, AK.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to understand technology.

Our Product Support Technicians are the Customer Support Representatives that act as liaisons between our customers, software staff and vendors to support customer needs and processing systems. We are now hiring representatives. it is very customer service focused. If you have customer service experience, enjoy it, and an ability to understand technology this could be the role for you.

Job/salary offer would be commensurate with experience.

Product Support Technician I: $19.50/hour, minimum

Product Support Technician II: $23.25/hour, minimum

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
