Job summary

First National Bank Alaska is seeking a Card Services Support Representative for ATM/Debit Cards. The role focuses on customer service and liaison activities between customers, software staff, and vendors to ensure smooth processing of banking systems.

Salary levels start at $19.50/hour for Technician I and $23.25/hour for Technician II, with offers commensurate with experience. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Two years banking or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with FNBA products and processing environment.
• Able to keyboard 45 wpm and operate a 10-key calculator; word processing and spreadsheet experience; database experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to read and interpret documents; write routine reports; speak effectively with customers, employees and vendors.
• Able to perform basic math including discounts, percentages and geometry.
• Able to solve practical problems with variable information.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for bank processing systems.
• Serve as liaison between end users, customers, software staff and vendors to resolve system problems.
• Review system documentation and recommend procedural improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems and related banking regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
