First National Bank Alaska, anchored at the UMed Branch, is hiring Universal Teller I/II to deliver friendly, accurate transactions and friendly banking guidance. This role schedules Monday–Friday, 9:10am–6:10pm, offering competitive hourly wages and opportunities to grow within the bank.

Responsibilities include cash handling, balance reconciliations, cross-selling basic services, and maintaining compliance with banking policies and security standards. Strong customer focus required.

Formación

• Minimum: 6 months Teller experience; or 1 year customer service and 6 months cash handling.
• FNBA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides consistent and exceptional service for customer transactions.
• Maintains cash drawer accuracy and balance.
• Promotes bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Adheres to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
