Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and three years progressively responsible business operations experience; or five years progressively responsible business operations experience.
• Banking or financial industry experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Advanced word processing, database, spreadsheet software experience; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned responsibilities within predetermined scope, budget, schedule and risk; coordinates with management, end users and vendors.
• Assists in developing implementation plans and coordinating team responsibilities to ensure timely completion.
• Tracks outstanding items to ensure objectives are met and supports quality assurance audits.
• Identifies labor-intensive tasks and recommends automation and process changes to streamline workflows.
