Job summary

Chase is seeking an Analyst II to oversee ATM, branch and cash operations third-party engagements, delivering analytics, forecasting and reporting to support daily execution and strategic decisions.

You will translate operational and financial drivers into actionable insights, communicate status and remediation progress to stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to strengthen governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor oversight or third-party risk management.
• Ability to produce audit-ready outputs and maintain documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Oversee day-to-day third-party supplier engagements and governance.
• Maintain contracts, service scope, dates and engagement details.
