Truist is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to guide a team of analysts within the Merchant Services Financial Operations group in the United States. You will coordinate issue resolution across client, processor, and network channels, driving root-cause analysis and process improvements to meet client expectations.

Collaborating with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product Experience and Operations, you will prioritize remediation tasks, manage priorities, and ensure timely, compliant outcomes while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training.
• 8-10 years of progressive banking operations or card management experience.
• 3+ years of direct team lead or management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Advanced analytical, cognitive, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of business analysts to identify and resolve client, processor and network issues.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product Experience and Operations to prioritize remediation tasks.
• Apply root-cause analysis to drive client-centric solutions and process improvements.
• Ensure issues are resolved timely and documented with required policies.
• Communicate effectively with partners to maintain service levels.
