Job summary

Altura Credit Union in Riverside, CA is seeking a Card Services Specialist I to support ATM and card services operations. You will issue and maintain ATM, debit, and credit cards, process transactions, and assist with reconciliations and reporting to ensure accuracy and timely member service.

You will research and resolve card-related issues, communicate updates to staff, and cooperate with vendors to resolve ATM disputes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related financial institution experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation Z, ATM dispute processing, and card maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issues and reissues ATM, debit, and credit cards and maintains card files.
• Process transactions, perform reconciliations, and generate general ledger reports.
• Review ATM disputes, research transactions, and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
