Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented to ensure all facts are identified and recommendations are well-supported.
• Two-to-three years of progressive experience in banking operations desired.
• Strong PC and math skills with working knowledge of TS, Excel and Word software.

Responsibilities

• Board and process all ATM related claims.
• Maintain knowledge of Visa and Star's claim regulations, Federal Regulation E and Z and Bank policies for resolving disputed transactions.
• Make outbound calls to customers to verify ATM transactions.
• Independently provide technical and analytical support to various departments and branches.
• Performs ATM settlement and research; participates in special projects and other duties.
