EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager for the Tooling Solutions rental facility in Atlanta, GA. You will grow the customer base by building relationships with contractors and company principals, signing MSAs, and expanding revenue across multiple markets.

The role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, with significant earning potential and frequent travel within the territory. You will work within a dynamic team focused on safer, more productive construction solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in Industrial facilities.
• Industrial contract knowledge required.
• Ability to lift, carry and place objects up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sign contracts or acquire an MSA to generate revenue inside facilities.
• Rent directly to non-contract facilities and expand customer base.
• Collaborate with local industrial reps across multiple markets.
• Respond to RFQ requirements and inquiries promptly.
• Travel frequently to visit customer sites within your territory.
