Job summary

Mt-Talent-Solutions-Inc. is looking for a Territory Account Manager to lead sales across Georgia and neighboring states in a remote-friendly Atlanta-area setup. You will build and maintain relationships with distributors and commercial partners, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth with autonomy.

The role offers a base salary of $80,000-$100,000 USD plus uncapped commission, comprehensive benefits, travel coverage, and a path to expand an established territory in a growing market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales, territory or account management experience.
• Experience in flooring, decorative surfaces, building materials or related industries is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and managing distributor/dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales throughout an assigned territory covering Georgia and surrounding states.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers and other commercial partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Grow existing accounts by increasing product penetration, revenue and customer engagement.
• Develop territory sales plans and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
