Job summary

Czarnowski Collective seeks an Operations Manager to build the operational foundation powering Assembly's success in Atlanta. You will own readiness, planning, resource allocation, and field execution across projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and scalable processes.

Lead Spacecube deployment, asset management, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement, partnering with project management to deliver repeatable, high‑quality outcomes for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of operations experience.
• Leadership experience preferred (3+ years).
• Based in the Atlanta area or willing to be based there.

Responsibilities

• Own overall operational readiness across Assembly projects.
• Lead planning for active projects, mobilizations, and risks.
• Manage assets, Spacecube units, and field standards.
• Coordinate vendor, labor, and freight requirements.
• Lead post‑project reviews and drive continuous improvement.
