Constellation Space is seeking a high-agency Head of Operations to join the founders and build the non-engineering backbone of the company. You will own everything that enables our engineering team to move fast and the business to scale.

You will coordinate global Go-to-Market deployments, shape hiring pipelines, and manage vendor relationships, financial ops, and compliance. A resourceful, analytical leader with startup DNA will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience at seed-stage or early-stage hard-tech, aerospace, or deep-tech startups.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and high-pressure environments.
• Strong aptitude for data-driven decision making and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market & Deployment Ops: coordinate logistics and timelines for deployments and executive demos globally.
• Talent & Hiring Pipelines: build aggressive hiring strategies and scalable processes.
• Company Infrastructure: manage vendor relationships, financial ops, legal interfacing, and admin tasks.
• Strategic Initiatives: support the CEO and tackle the most urgent operational challenges daily.
