Job summary

Czarnowski Collective is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for our Austell, GA office. You will play a key role in keeping projects moving by receiving, organizing, and shipping materials, exhibits, and assets.

You’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced warehouse, partnering with warehouse leadership, logistics, and production staff to ensure timely delivery and quality. The role emphasizes organization, dependability, safety-mindedness, and willingness to jump in where needed to support the team and meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse/logistics/manufacturing/trade show experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor/stand-up lifts).
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Basic computer skills and use of mobile devices for inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and inventory.
• Pull, prepare, and stage materials for projects and shipments.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse using equipment.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Organize and maintain storage areas for efficiency and cleanliness.
• Inspect exhibit properties and report damages.
• Maintain asset labeling and tracking procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, fabrication, and project teams to meet deadlines.
• Follow all safety policies and operating standards.
• Support overtime, weekend work, and schedule flexibility as needed.
