Job summary

KAAST Machine Tools is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth for our Atlanta area operations. The role focuses on cold/warm leads, quoting machinery, and advising customers on the best tool solutions.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in sales of capital equipment, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM and Microsoft Office. Initial work-from-home, with eventual transition to an in-office role near Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required
• 2+ years of capital equipment and/or machine tool sales experience required
• Manufacturing, metal fabrication, or production knowledge preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently from a home office initially

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new clients and develop relationships with warm and incoming leads
• Quote machinery and advise customers on best equipment for their applications
• Analyze and review client applications and processes, then follow up promptly
• Learn KAAST’s machine tool offerings and industry terminology
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
• Support sales growth across the Atlanta area and nearby markets
• Stay organized, proactive, and focused on daily sales activity
