Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years' outside sales experience required, B2B preferred.
• Experience in Industrial Lifting industry preferred but not required.
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and integrity.
• Proficient in presentation, selling, negotiation and listening skills.
• Highly effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel overnight.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement sales initiatives to capture Key Accounts.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, qualify, and close new business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with profitable growth in the territory.
• Analyze market, top accounts, and competition.
• Become an industry resource with product knowledge and safety procedures.
• Support customers by introducing new products and training on safety.
• Conduct customer-focused sales presentations and site calls.
• Create reports on a timely basis and maintain account data.
