Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings in Tampa, FL is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to advance growth of our end-to-end industrial lifting solutions, including inspections, crane equipment, and parts. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and lead the sales cycle within the designated territory.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of outside B2B sales, a college degree preferred, and proven communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' outside sales experience required, B2B preferred.
• Experience in Industrial Lifting industry preferred but not required.
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and integrity.
• Proficient with presentation, selling, negotiation, listening skills.
• High communication skills; daily interactions with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
• College degree preferred, not required.
• Familiar with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales initiatives to capture Key Accounts.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, qualify leads, and manage the sales cycle.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the territory growth.
• Market analysis of top accounts, business climate and competition.
• Become industry expert with product knowledge for applications and safety.
• Support current customers and introduce new products and training on safety.
• Conduct customer-focused sales presentations and site calls.
• Create reports as needed and maintain data on accounts and activities.
• Maintain data relative to accounts, prospects, and activities.
