Job summary

Invitation Homes is looking for a Customer Service Representative – Field Services in Atlanta, Georgia. You will provide administrative support, assist residents, and coordinate maintenance work with internal teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, clear writing and verbal communication, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe. A High School diploma or GED is required, with prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Experience in property management or maintenance is helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and task center daily to ensure timely responses.
• Schedule and assign Maintenance Technicians and Superintendents for efficiency.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance-related resident concerns and coordinate actions.
• Review and approve/decline work order proposals within approval limits; verify scope, documentation and pricing.
• Coordinate eviction schedules and personal property holds as needed.
