Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• English reading, writing and speaking required; bilingual a plus.
• High School Diploma preferred; customer service experience helpful.
• Experience communicating with others, verbal and written, required.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders to assist Field Service Technicians and provide updates.
• Respond to customer calls and emails regarding service questions.
• Interpret and administer Destiny Homes Warranty/Service Policy as terms allow.
• Represent Destiny Homes professionally and effectively.
• Create and schedule service and parts requests for factory, contractors and dealers.
• Review and approve contractor and dealer service invoices prior to payment.
