Invitation Homes is hiring a Customer Service Representative – Field Services in Atlanta to support residents and partners with administrative tasks and maintenance solutions. The role involves monitoring dashboards, scheduling technicians, handling resident concerns, and processing work orders within approved scopes.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Experience in property management or maintenance helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and task center daily to ensure timely responses to work requests.
• Manage daily schedules and assignments for Maintenance Technicians/Superintendents for efficiency.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance-related resident concerns and coordinate with internal teams for corrective action.
• Review and approve/decline work order proposals within authority, ensuring proper scope, documentation, and pricing.
• Assist in researching and coordinating vacant utility issues to ensure timely activation.
• Coordinate eviction schedules and handle personal property holds and removals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
