Job summary

Hammond Services, Inc. is seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives to join our family-owned team in the South Metro Atlanta area.

You will be the first contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls, emails, and service orders with a professional and courteous approach. We offer opportunities for advancement, a 401(k) with employer match, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with a multi-line phone system in a customer service role.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute and use MS Office proficiently.
• Prior experience making outbound sales calls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service department with basic to mid-level issues and escalate high-level issues to the Manager.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email to create service orders.
• Gather information for service files, edits, and updates.
• Assist field supervisors in coordinating with customers to set up service calls.
• Create service information advertising folders for the field staff.
