Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred.
• Some prior experience in ticketing, sales, marketing, promotions, or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game day preparation and execution for multiple sports.
• Develop ticket sales strategies to maximize attendance and revenue.
• Create content to promote sales initiatives.
• Build relationships with local youth organizations and schools.
• Provide friendly customer service at games and Brown Athletics events.
• Perform additional duties and assist with special projects.
