Job summary

Brown University Athletics is seeking an Athletics Ticket Representative to support home events in Providence, RI. This part-time, 11-month seasonal role handles ticket sales and will-call, provides excellent customer service, and assists guests with online purchases and seating access.

Responsibilities include processing sales in AudienceView, scanning tickets, managing will-call and complimentary tickets, and ensuring PCI-compliant cash handling.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Experience with event tickets or cash handling.
• Ability to handle conflict and operate under pressure.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, internet and email.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets and will-call at home athletic events.
• Process sales in AudienceView ticketing system.
• Assist guests with online ticket purchases and seating access.
• Scan tickets and manage will-call and complimentary tickets.
• Ensure PCI-compliant cash handling.
