Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry.
• Prior experience with event tickets or cash handling.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, internet and email capabilities.
• Ability to handle conflict and pressure and direct questions and complaints to the appropriate person.
• Knowledge of ticketing protocols and rules pertaining to Ivy League and NCAA.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at home athletic events.
• Process sales in AudienceView ticketing system.
• Ensure PCI compliance with cash control process.
• Manage complimentary tickets at will-call.
• Scan tickets and all-season passes.
• Assist guests with online ticket purchases at varied athletic events.
• Assist guests to their seats and review tickets for access to reserved seats/hospitality sections.
