Grand Canyon University seeks a Game Operations Assistant to support the Athletics department. The role provides administrative support to the Athletic Operations team and helps run game day operations.

You will operate scoreboards and cameras, assist guests, and help with setup/teardown of equipment. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in indoor and outdoor settings.

Formación

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests and staff.
• Good understanding of sports and game operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays in varied indoor/outdoor environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with game day and event operations, including scoreboards/shot clocks and guest services.
• Provide quality customer service during games.
• Assist with facility walkthroughs and recording issues.
• Assist with gameday setup and teardown of event equipment.
• Support staff outside gamedays with additional duties as assigned.
