Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of sponsorship activations at athletic events.
• Ensure sponsor assets are properly displayed and activated according to contractual agreements.
• Support game‑day promotions, contests, hospitality areas, and fan engagement activities.
• Coordinate sponsor fulfillment items and inventory as needed.
• Capture photos and documentation of sponsor activations for reporting purposes.
